Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all EU Countries.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days in Denmark and Sweden. For EU countries the orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Cancellation and Returns
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lenskincare.com. We’ll do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, in the original packaging with unsealed packaging.

Where can I find ingredient information?
Full ingredient lists are provided on each product page and on the product packaging.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all LEN SKINCARE products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never use animal-derived ingredients or test on animals.
Where are your products made?
LEN SKINCARE products are proudly produced on Sweden's west coast and thoughtfully designed in Denmark. Our glass bottles and the spray top are produced in Italy. Our production is a full circle EU production.
Are your products certified organic or natural?
While our products are not currently certified, we use only high-quality ingredients that are 100% naturally derived. A good amount of ingredients are organic, and bioactive. Kindly find more information under product information on our product page. Obtaining certification is our next goal, but due to the associated costs, it’s not possible at this time. We are committed to transparency and will update our customers as soon as this changes. Feel free to reach out to info@lenskincare and ask us any questions about our products or business, transparency is key to us.
How should I store my skincare products?
We recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
