Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Denmark and Sweden.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days in Denmark and Sweden.
Do you accept returns?
For hygienic reasons and to ensure the safety of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all LEN SKINCARE products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never use animal-derived ingredients or test on animals.
Where are your products made?
LEN SKINCARE products are proudly produced in Sweden and thoughtfully designed in Denmark.
Are your products certified organic or natural?
While our products are not currently certified, we use only high-quality ingredients that are 100% naturally derived. Obtaining certification is our next goal, but due to the associated costs, it’s not possible at this time. We are committed to transparency and will update our customers as soon as this changes.
How should I store my skincare products?
We recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
